We offer many options for refills of your medications. We do not want you to run out so always try to plan ahead.

1. Bring current list of medications to your appointments with indication of any medications getting low or are due for refill.

2. Call the pharmacy and ask for an electronic refill request.

3. Call our office and choose option #5 for our pharmacy line.

If no answer please leave a message as the voice mail is checked through out the day. Leave name with spelled out last name, date of birth, medication you are calling about, as well as the preferred pharmacy with pharmacy information.
